Can videos be modified to fit my marketing goals?

Yes, to some extent. You may want to leave out the reviews section for example. Also other modifications are possible, such as creating more/fewer elements inside particular sections. (Like adding more reviews, adding more parts inside Detailed information section, etc.). We found, that video works the best if the length is max 40-50 seconds long - this is worth to keep in mind. Also, there is a limit to extent of modifications. We advise to discussing any ideas with us beforehand.

Why doesn't background music come with a video as a package?

Everyone's music taste is different. Every product and also every marketing goal is different. Thus, choice of background music varies from case to case. We do not have large music library available to us. This is why we decided not to offer background music with our videos. Of course, we will gladly help you find/choose the right type of music for your product presentation video.

What is the deal with licensing music?

Well, you can get into trouble, if a professional music is used as a video background, without buying a proper license. Unless it is specifically a music that can be used for free. What kind of trouble? For example if you upload your videos on YouTube, the music owner can send a complaint to YouTube. They would mute your video or would start displaying advertisements over it - which you do not want.

Basically, there are few types of music licensing (not all are mentioned here):

1. no license required at all (download and use it for free)
2. no license required (download and use it for free but you need to give attribution to author: under the video, post a link to author's web page)
3. license required (not allowed using it without buying the license)

Can I use songs used in your example product presentation videos?

Most of the songs we used are paid songs. We can provide links/names of songs if requested. Some of the songs came from YouTube's free library as well.

How do I pay?

You pay after your order has been reviewed by us. Pay using your card online or send money directly to our bank account.

I do not have YouTube account to upload the videos. What to do?

No problem. We can help you set up one or we can upload your video to our YouTube channel and send you the link and code so you can easily show/embed it on your website.
